Michael Gentry’s Cooking demonstration
Michael left his business of 10 yrs as a successful caterer and instructor at Johnson & Wales in Charleston, SC prior to moving to WNC in 2000. He’s immersed himself into learning the flora and fauna of this area, and passes this knowledge onto the public and Warren Wilson College students.
Through his two weekly organic, vegetarian cooking classes he teaches the value of wild foods and how to use them
You can sign up for one of his hands on cooking classes at Warren Wilson on Thursdays at 5:30.
He is also a regular instructor at the Swannanoa School of Culinary Arts. |
